Coaching is a personal and professional development tool in which a coach partners with a client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop a strategy or plan for achieving those goals. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, insight, productivity, and leadership.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health issues, addiction, or substance abuse. It is a safe and confidential space to gain clarity about challenges, opportunities, and goals, as well as to support and encourage growth.
The coaching relationship is confidential and will not be discussed with anyone without your approval. I abide by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics which may be found at www.coachingfederation.org.
Our private and confidential sessions are available on Zoom, by phone, or in person, depending on your location and preference.
A coach will be your trusted ally and confidential partner with whom to process questions, concerns, challenges, and triumphs.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on your goals. Most sessions are 50-60 minutes in length and either weekly or bi-weekly.
No preparation is needed for your first coaching session. An attitude of openness, which will grow as we get to know each other better, and a willingness to honestly address concerns or challenges will aid in the process of gaining insight and determining a clear path forward.
I have completed a rigorous coaching training program certified by the International Coaching Federation, and have several years of experience helping people achieve greater clarity and perspective in both their personal and professional lives.
